Hit the Beach in the Highland Lakes

Located in a very quiet area of Kingsland, this home is wonderfully laid out. The master bedroom is off the living room, with its spacious en-suite master bath. All other bedrooms are on the far side of house or upstairs, giving every guest their space. Twenty-one happy guests can be accommodated. Bathrooms are conveniently located near bedrooms. The upstairs has a neat bunk room with 3 heavy duty bunk beds which have both twin and full size mattresses. The colorful artwork makes one smile upon entering. Each bedroom has its own wifi enabled tv. 

There are two kitchens and dining areas (upstairs and down) each table seats 6. The exterior patios (upstairs and down) also have table seating for 6 as well as lounge seating. The upstairs balcony patio is a serene place for your morning coffee/meditation or a nice glass of vino in the evening.

The views from every part of the home are fabulous! The upstairs balcony off the living room looks out across the lake to neighboring ranch while cows graze on the shoreline.

Entertaining is a breeze as the downstairs kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for dining by the pool; dancing on the patio before hitting the hot tub (which seats 8 and has Bose sound system) is a must!

The pool area has its own bathroom/sink as well as exterior shower to remove sand before entering the home. The beach area has a beautiful gazebo with seating, which showcases colored glass hearts shimmering in the sun and the fire pit is a huge hit for the kiddos! More s’mores please! 

The entire home is available, except for a couple of owners’ closets (which are locked) and a few cabinets in the garage which are used to house cleaning supplies, etc.
